The Dame International

I wrote this on my new 10K plan white board! If you want different results, you have to do different actions. No more sleeping till noon and then lazing about in my pj’s till 3am! Today I was up and into my work out clothes, tidied my room, made coffee and now waiting for delivery man before I take my neighbours dog for a walk on the beach!
